Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Job Description:

Ashford Recruitment provide specialist recruitment services for Warehousing, logistics, Engineering, Construction and Commercial outfits across the Midlands.

We are Looking for an experienced (at least 2 years in the industry) Recruitment consultant to join our Redditch team in our new office on the High Street.

This role is an important one as we are taking our next steps to grow the team.

As well as experience, we would like someone with a great personality and a passion for people. A hard-working individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative. A driven and tenacious character who is excited about sales and developing into a top performing recruitment consultant providing the best customer service and managing a portfolio of clients and candidates. You will be experienced on Co-ordinating interviews, Onboarding and workforce planning. You must be able to develop new business opportunities through outbound sales and networking.
